M Y P R O C E S S: After your first contact with me via this form, I will reach out to make time to discuss your event scope. If it seems like the right fit, I create a proposal, present a quote, and my support of your event can begin. Investments begin at $2,000.
S C O P E O F W O R K: Once your vendors have been procured and those contracts are complete, I am able to step in during the month of your event or just for the actual day. I offer the following packages:
- Day-of Support: One week prior to your event, all details are handed over to me to seamlessly execute the day of your event.
- Month-of Support: One month or more prior to your event, I support you in the run-of-show scheduling, and vendor/venue coordination & communication in addition to day-of presence above. I am also able to operate more in the background as you handle all these tasks on your own during the final stages of your planning process.
With either option above (or a hybrid of the two), I am there to execute the event that you've worked so hard to plan. I hold vendors accountable for their deliverables, I triple check all of your details, and I partner with the venues to ensure you are able to enjoy your event to its fullest. It would be an honor to be trusted with your special day.
A-la-carte items such as venue walkthrough & rehearsal presence are also included on your formal proposal.
E V E N T L O C A T I O N E X P E R I E N C E (domestic & international): Country clubs, historical sites, event & sports venues, hotels, outdoor farmland, and restaurants buy-outs.
B E I N G O F S E R V I C E: Not only do I feel it important to be of service to my clients, I also feel it necessary to be of service to the world around us. I will make a donation to the organization of your choosing at the conclusion of your event as my way of saying thank you and to pay it forward.
